2. Stored in the form of:

A. Glycogen
Glycogen is a large carbohydrate molecule that is found in muscle cells and the liver acts as an energy store for the cells.

B. Fat
Fat is for long term storage of energy, unlike glycogen. It is deposited in a layer beneath the skin
