That entirely depends on where it is used. On the Moon, 21 kg of mass weighs only 7.7 pounds, so the stand holds it safely. On Earth, however, the same 21 kg of mass weighs 46.3 pounds, and if the stand is designed with no safety margin, it collapses under the load.
