Find the additive and multiplicative inverse of 2/5.

The additive inverse will be -2/5 and the multiplicative inverse will be 1 
(2/5 x 5/2 = 10/10 = 1)

the additive inverse is the opposite....so if ur number is positive, ur additive inverse will be the same number, just negative. So the additive inverse of 2/5 is -2/5.

The multiplicative inverse is basically the reciprocal of ur number. All that means is " flip " the number. So the multiplicative inverse of 2/5 is 5/2
