It's the same. Wattage is E*I. It doesn't matter what the values are in the primary or secondary as long as the multiply out to the same amount.

For example

e = 110 volts

i = 3 amperes.

is = secondary voltage = 10 amperes.

es = ?

110 * 3 = 10 * x          Divide both sides by 10

11 * 3 = x

x = 33 volts.

110 * 3  = 330

10 33 = 330
