What is the equation in point slope form of the line that passes through the point (1, –2) and has a slope of 3?

y−1=3(x+2)

y+1=3(x−2)

y−2=3(x+1)

y+2=3(x−1)

Point-slope equations take the form y-y1 = m(x - x1) 
y1 = -2, x1 = 1, m = 3

y + 2 = 3(x-1)
